Didn’t have a room for me. Overbooked and didn’t care. I received the worst treatment ever. Had to sleep in my car because it was late. My flight was delayed.

Nothing in particular is unique here, overall it is clean and for me the location was convenient for the class I was in town for. Issues, first, the bathroom trash was full when I arrived. Since this is an extended stay facility, housekeeping is only every other week and I was only there for 2 nights. Second, the bed is very low to the floor. Being older with back issues, a normal height bed would have been better. Third, the room had 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 bars of soap. No hand towels, shampoo, etc. Being a short stay I did not make this an issue and unfortunately, the front desk was closed when I left.

The location was perfect; however, the beds were extremely hard. It looked like someone hit the bathroom sink with a hammer at one time or another... had a bunch of cracks in it. The check in/out process was okay. I've never had anyone call me from the front desk to ask if I'm checking out before the check out time... I felt rushed out. Overall the hotel was about average. The AC worked great in our room. Suggest you bring your own pillows. The ones they provide are almost completely flat.

The guy at the front desk was very kind to everyone. We appreciate him not giving us a hard time because we only booked for 2 days but the hotel is an extended stay. They book weekly not nightly. I really enjoy the quiet time.

Nice place to stay but it was different we had never stayed at a Extended stay hotel before so it was a bit different. You pretty much do everything for yourself. But the rooms were nice they had a full size fridge and a full size microwave and a two burner top top. Which is nice if you don't want to eat out all the time. Very nice that they allow pets too!!!

Very clean. Corporate has changed things. Website said free coffee/tea service plus coffeemaker in the room. Neither of these were true. Could not get extra pillows because they're weren't any. They were on order.

No room service. Checked out early, and they didn’t refund any nights that we didn’t stay. Still in the back and forth process with ******* to get those days refunded.

What I liked about this property was how quiet the area was. My room was also quiet and I was able to get to sleep. What I didn't like was the check in procedure. I understand people would like to get off work at a certain time, but if this is the case, don't take anymore bookings after 8:00. I walked in with another gentleman, and we did not get a warm welcome.

This suit is one of the best place where I would stay when I’m in Jacksonville.
