阿什維爾市中心福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown)

A great and affordable option for downtown Asheville. It is next to the highway, but our room faced the city center and was very quiet. Within walking distance of all of downtown’s main sights. Highly recommended!

The staff were amazing. The assistant manager Leslie was so helpful and accommodating. It was my birthday weekend and the staff were extra lovely to me! The breakfast buffet was tasty. The hot cocoa “bar” for guests was delightful. The air conditioner in the room was rattling and very loud, the bathroom light fixtures were rusty and the wallpaper in the bathroom was a mess along with the caulking. Realizing it’s an older building, the maintenance just needs to be upped to give the building more attention. Great location to downtown Asheville - close to everything! Bar onsite was quiet and comfortable and a great place to hang out.

The smoke alarm would beep every morning for two mornings. The battery needed to be changed. Then the third night evening a bug was in my bed and crawling on my leg. Thank God it wasn’t a bed bug!!

Fue un viaje muy corto, ya que viajamos a Asheville a un concierto. Nos quedamos en el hotel sólo una noche y creo que para ese tipo de estadías, el hotel es perfecto.

This seems like a typical modern hotel. Nothing elegant but serviceable for sure and nice and safe and quiet.

We had a room on the 3rd floor that looked straight onto a roof. I felt like I was in a basement apar**ent in college. The decor, furniture, and lighting are outdated. The bathroom is tiny. On the plus side: easy parking, dining option - the Chop House and Bar is good, it is really close to downtown (2-3 blocks) with lots of restaurants, breweries, and retail, etc. The BEST thing about this place is its people. They are so kind and accommodating. Everyone had a smile on their faces. It’s not the Ritz, but overall it was a nice four night stay.

We stayed on ground level in a handicap room that had apparently recently been update by changing to a wider door. We had no safety latch and the deadbolt did not line up to work. We could not change rooms as they were booked and no one bothered to come look at the door after we brought up our concern.

Property is conveniently located and reasonably priced (especially when you factor in that parking is included and available). Staff was friendly and accommodating.
