This modern-Hogwarts home is equipped with A/C and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an office. The 5th bedroom is being used as a game room to encourage quality bonding time. It offers a pool table with a number of board games. The spacious backyard includes a deck, fire table and 5 burner grill. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. Located in an upscale, established neighborhood 5 minutes away from many amenities and 10 mins from Downtown.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Girls getaway!
We had 12 ladies staying at the house for a comedy show in town. It was a great house to told us all. Good location not too far from downtown Flagstaff. Beds were comfy and house was nice! It was great they allowed a one night stay as many don’t. Definitely would go back.

Super Fun Getaway
This house is honestly the coolest! Finding all the little hidden rooms and features was a ton of fun and there’s everything you could ask for close by. Would highly recommend checking it out and Kenny is great!

Spring Break Fun
This property was exceptional. It is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and accessible. The property manager was awesome and very quick to respond to any needs. I highly recommend this location for your next trip to Flagstaff.
