"The hotel is well situated, within walking distance of the starjet chair lift (albeit uphill!). Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. All staff members are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the spa area is great. The hotel has a ski room downstairs and there is a ski hire shop next door."

"During my stay in Flachau, I stopped by Dips & Drops a few times for coffee, a couple of times for lunch and on my last night in Flachau, drinks before bidding the place goodbye. What left a very strong and good impression on me was the people. During the day, I got to know Vedran and Julio, both were so friendly and helpful I found myself returning to the same place almost every other day. On the last day, I got to know Marie who recommended all my drinks that night - they were excellent recommendations. Vedran, Julio and Marie are such lovely folks I feel they really made a difference to the place. Would definitely drop by again the next time I visit Austria!"

"我們在前往克羅埃西亞的途中在這家飯店住了一晚。真是個明智的選擇！公寓寬敞舒適，床鋪柔軟，地點安靜，早餐選擇也非常豐富。更不用說前台那幾位熱情友善的女士了。辦理入住的那位女士還給了我們一個省去高速公路收費站排隊的妙招。第二天，在我們離開飯店四個小時後，我們發現iPad落在了房間裡。我們打電話過去，那位女士告訴我們iPad已經找到了，正在前台等著我們去拿。她還祝我們假期愉快。兩週後，我們度假回來的時候去拿了iPad，那位女士依然非常熱情友善。"

"頂樓公寓很吵，因為就在餐廳樓上，一直有砰砰的敲打聲；床和被子很髒，家具更是髒得一塌糊塗，廚房也又髒又舊！浴室是共用的，10個人以上住沒有兩個獨立的衛生間，所以你得自己安排誰什麼時候洗澡；廁所也沒有單獨的衛生間，也在浴室裡……不過，公寓離滑雪場很近，位置很棒！餐廳不錯，員工也很友善！"
