布裡斯托爾菲爾頓普瑞米爾飯店

這家飯店不是我住過的最好的 Premier Inn 飯店。這裡沒有餐廳設施，室內走廊和樓梯間感覺昏暗、破敗。床一如既往地舒適，浴室非常乾淨。 此外，電梯也很有用。

I booked a premier inn as a half way stop on our way to a wedding as we needed a good night's sleep, travelling with a 6 month old. We arrived and the room was a ridiculous 29°! There was no way we could make it cooler, the window was open the 3 inches that it opened and we had no fan or aircon. The plan was arrive and sleep to get up and leave for the 2nd half of our journey at 8am, but we had to leave the hotel to cool down. We returned a couple of hours later and it was still 29°. Reception gave me a fan, they didn't have any travel cots though, so I had to sleep sideways on the bed so baby was between the headboard and me and my husband on the sofa. We barely slept at all with the heat and of course I was worried about my baby overheating. By 3am the temp had dropped to 28° and 6am 27°. We ended up having to sleep mid morning so we were safe to drive which meant we didn't leave until midday, making our drive longer with traffic and also meaning we missed the day of seeing my friends at the wedding. Absolutely devastated. Worst night I've had. The rooms seriously need updating with aircon. Receptionist was nice and room was clean.

We booked a twin room but were given A double room with a put up bed in the corner. It was a sweltering night but the air con didn't work and no fan available. The lock on the bathroom was broken. I didn't bother complaining- I've tried that before but it was a massive waste of time. Staff in the hotels usually helpful but the system around them isn't. The hotels are hugely variable but I won't bother again.

The Premier Inn Filton is looking tired and needs refurbishing. The rooms have basic heating and no air conditioning. There was no hot water for the shower. There is no secure parking. Parking is in an adjacent shopping area.

Per il resto, sono rispettati gli standard della più grande catena alberghiera britannica: pulizia impeccabile, personale cortese ed efficiente, tariffe ragionevoli. Senza infamia e senza lode la prima colazione, servita nell'adiacente ristorante "Brewers Fayre" e che va pagata a parte. Data la posizione, lo consiglio solo a chi abbia a disposizione un'auto.

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, parking was free and the reception service was good. Unfortunately my room was far too hot to appreciate its other comforts - surprising as it hadn't been a particularly hot day, around 19 degrees. There's no aircon, and sleeping with the window open was not possible due to the constant traffic noise. I wasn't able to have breakfast there as the restaurant is currently closed. Overall the room was very over-priced considering the location and lack of amenities. For those with heavy luggage or who struggle with stairs, be aware that there is no lift.
