服務非常差，早上通知執房，中午回來仍未清潔，跟前枱男服務員說，回應是他們先處理退房的清潔，到晚上時多回來仍未清潔，要找更高級的職員投訴才處理，浴室鹼液非常嘿稀，像加了一半以上的水。

HTL prenotato online, ha molte aree di miglioramento. La camera ampia con bagno comodo non aveva possibilità di essere arieggiata quindi sempre un pochino maleodorante (come il corridoio d'accesso). Mancando il telecomando abbiamo chiesto alla reception, siamo riuscito ad ottenerne uno funzionante al terzo tentativo. Anche se abbiamo avuto una doppia abbiamo avuto un solo aciugamano per il viso. Avendo pagato la colazione FULL ci è stato detto che l'avevamo in forma ridotta, abbiamo dovuto esibire la fattura dettagliata per avere il servizio concordato. Colazione senza infamia e senza lode Posizione molto comoda a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di St.Andrews

Having stayed her before on many occasions I didn’t hesitate to book again. This time we decided to upgrade to a Premier Plus room. We done this previously at the Oban Premier Inn and our room was lovely there. However this was most definitely NOT worth the extra money. Yes it comes with a fridge, coffee maker and iron/ironing board that’s where premier plus ends ! The room was very shabby with numerous marks on the walls and carpet. There was black mould around the window frame (the window doesn’t open & the air con is insufficient) & on the net curtain ! The shower screen trim was beyond disgusting and leaked badly whilst showering and the mirror in the bedroom was filthy with marks all over it and clearly had not been cleaned in a while ! We have stayed in various Premier Inns over the years, however we were really disappointed this time and this most certainly did not meet our expectations. I don’t expect the lap of luxury, however I do expect a clean room and this was not. Very disappointed !

This is a great location just 15 mins walk to centre of St Andrews. Expensive, but thats to be expected for St Andrews! Hotel was as I expected from Premier Inn, lots of free parking and a Marks next door which was good for breakfast if you don’t want a big cooked or continental breakfast. Would book again.

It’s exactly what you expect from a 0 star hotel. Grotty, tired, one towel per room (just weird) with special gifts of a ripped, mouldy shower curtain over the bath (decided I would be cleaner if I didn’t wash in it) and a furred up kettle. We thought we had booked a premier plus room - didn’t realise there was a lower (sub)standard type that didn’t have essential basics - safe, fridge, coffee machine etc. Maybe you only get a towel each in the plus rooms. So medicine has to go in the hotel kitchen fridge and we have to carry all our valuables around with us everywhere!! It would be a 0 star review, but 1 star is the lowest, except that the staff are pleasant. I think they understand that they are working in a substandard environment and try to help, but other than knock the place down, I don’t think it can be improved, as refurbishment seems about a decade overdue. Just nasty - avoid
