Having booked for dinner, bed and breakfast, and my booking was accepted by the hotel, I was staggered to be told on arrival that the restaurant was closed! By telephone, the manager told me that he had sent me a message about this on our day of arrival, but this message never arrived! Surely they knew some days earlier that they were not going to employ a chef; and it would have been polite to inform guests early that no dinner was available. I had booked this hotel specifically because it had a restaurant. On being let down like this, I immediately cancelled my future booking at the same hotel, and this cancellation was confirmed by the receptionist. Imagine my surprise when, 3 days before this future booking, I received a message telling me that they were ”looking forward to my coming visit”! I managed to cancel (for a second time), but this left me with serious doubts about the management of this hotel. I do not trust them, and will never be booking here again.

預訂了這家酒店作為前往南方旅行時的過夜停留地。一個吸引人的地方是它有一家餐廳，我們認為這會讓長途旅行後的生活變得更輕鬆。然而，我們到達時（週五下午晚些時候）被告知餐廳由於缺乏顧客而沒有營業！接待處說鎮上有很多餐廳和免費停車場，但我們希望避免麻煩。不管怎樣，我們確實找到了一家很棒的餐廳（Le M de Marisa），距離酒店不到一公里。至於飯店，房間非常乾淨，裝潢精美，淋浴很棒，床堅固而舒適，不過如果電視上有英語頻道就更好了。非常好的早餐有很多選擇。如果不是因為餐廳的問題，我會給 5 分！然而，這是一個方便停車的地方，距離高速公路很近。
