Ne pas se fier aux commentaires élogieux. Accueil sympathique par un employé. Mais à l'arrivée du patron plus rien ne va. Irrespectueux agressif et certain de la qualité de ses services. Il considère apparemment que seul son établissement est fiable sur fes. Établissement vide à notre arrivée mi septembre. Justifie tout et n'importe quoi. Nous a suivi jusqu'à notre véhicule en nous demandant notre budget tout en assurant qu'il est moins cher que tout ce que l'on pourrait trouver. Erreur on trouve moins élevé sans problème. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement ce monsieur vous guide gentiment vers la porte. A noter tout est en supplément même la piscine contrairement à ce qui est noté sur certains comparateurs. Faites votre choix. Je déconseille fortement.

In a hot day in Fez, we thought that we need a pool so we decided to go to the (horrible) riad mimosa to enjoy the pool and chill. They were not kind from the first look, they started cleaning the pool by using the chlorine at 12 am after one hour we arrived, that has a bad effect on our skin and hair, The receptionist was very rude, she talked to us with a unrespectable way, the toilet was very dirty, she told us that the cleaner didn't come yet!!! The price were very expensive for this experience, the young guy working there is the best person we met, he was very polite with his smily face, very thankful for him. If you need a calm chilling day don't try this bad energy place.

Camera quadrupla non grande ma confortevole e curata. Bagno pulito. Nel complesso la struttura, a gestione familiare, mi è piaciuta molto. Molto ospitali e si fanno in quattro per accontentarti. Ci hanno preparato una cena con un tajine gigante (ordinato la mattina), veramente fatto in casa! Carine le piscine ed il cortile interno. Ci tornerei.

Acqua fredda dopo una doccia, camera gelida, colazione con folla in piedi senza posti a sedere per i primi 15 minuti, per poi potersi sedere, ma pagando l'acqua a colazione come extra prezzi mai visti in luoghi simili. Non torneremo mai e poi mai. Nessuno che dichiari inoltre di saper parlare un minimo in inglese.

No podemos estar más contentos con este Riad, el hotel lo han renovado ya que las fotos son más antiguas y ahora está mucho más bonito. Llegamos sin reserva por la noche y nos atendieron con tal hospitalidad que nunca nos había pasado,nos gusta viajar y a buenos hoteles si es posible y de verdad que el trato de 10, estaba impecable y súper limpio todo,la habitación preciosa y grande con persianas eléctricas y el aire acondicionado iba muy bien, el desayuno me gustó y fueron tan amables que hasta nos acercaron a la estación de tren. Trato inmejorable
