We checked in, went to the room and the room was filthy, but sheets were gross. The bathtub was not habitable neither my wife, or I could take a bath or a shower for that matter, my mother-in-law and Friend check into another room and had to ask the hotel for another room it was so disgustingly dirty, and in disarray would not recommend this hotel to anybody and we grossly overpaid for what we got

This place and pretty much every hotel advertised in ******* are a lie they show you some nice rooms but once you get there they stink the tub is trash and hell nooooo I won’t be staying there anymore

Made a mistake and booked in Fernley instead of Fallon. Was hoping for some understanding and to not get charged, but it was too late even though we stayed in a Super 8 in Fallon.

Door wouldn't close completely. Shower head, pressure, and temp were terrible. No open plugs for a charger or the coffee machine. Ashes in the left drawer

Rooms were clean & nicely updated; the bathroom though needs to be updated in a bad way. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was very sad. Not many options available for breakfast. But over all it was a great place. Definitely will stay again.

dirty, had no chose but to stay.
couldn’t wait to leave.
nothing worked. shower had almost zero water. shower and fixtures dirty and old.
heater never shut off. room was really cold then at 3:00am much to hot.

Got woken up at 8 am them trying to come into the room. They never knocked at the door and they never said room service. The flooring coming apart . The room smelled
