Room was fine fans provided but the toilet had a terrible smell and was not cleaned properly apart from that it was fine but the breakfast experience was horrific, we got seated then no one came to us for our hot breakfast order, they had no croissants or basic pastries, eventually when we asked for our order the food came all wrong and you can tell it was all rushed and we had no cutlery.... we went else where and paid again for breakfast.. wish we didn't pay for breakfast here and for anyone who want to book here don't pay for breakie go elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast which was very nice but it took quite awhile for it to come out, but they do cook it from fresh. All in all we had a nice time

We have stayed so many Premier Inns in the past, and this one is the best one so far. Great location and clean room, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. We travelled with a 6 year old with lots of luggage, there is no lift in this hotel, she helped us to carry our heavy luggage to the first floor and recommended us lots of local attractions. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

We stayed here to visit our relatives nearby. Warm welcome from staff member when we arrived. Clean, comfy rooms. Great location perfect for our needs. Delicious breakfast. Will certainly return for the next visit.

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely, the cleanest Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Very affordable and in a great location, not far from the main town centre.

Since it’s hot right now there were already two fans in the room keeping it a fine temperature despite no AC. The negative reviews seem to be overreacting. There were biscuits in the room for us paired with a note from reception which is a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and standard for most premier inns. Only stayed a couple nights but if we’re ever back in the area we would come here again. Thanks Premier Inn Ferndown
