和老伴來鳳凰古城遊玩，精心選了這傢俬人定製客棧。客棧很大，前後兩座樓，設施豪華，價格親民，服務上成。服務人員給我們提行李，耐心給我們講解遊玩路線和注意事項。看我們是80歲長者，給我們升級了房間雙人間。房間設施完善、寬暢、人性化裝飾，似獨棟別墅感覺。非常滿意。位置優越，就在雲橋橋頭，下樓就是遊覽步行棧道。吃飯也非常方便出門就是，老伴推薦【回家湘】飯店，味道很好。總之推薦來鳳凰古城遊玩的旅客訂購。

鳳凰素履蓮花璞樹漫居酒店太贊啦！位置在沱江畔，雲橋與霧橋之間，背靠八角樓，風景絕美。房間有禪意擺件，180°落地窗觀江景超棒。服務熱情周到，免費接送高鐵站，還主動提行李。早餐的米粉也好吃，下次來鳳凰還選這兒！

定了幾間房，預訂訊息都有下午茶都沒有送。有一間房這個洗澡的噴頭壞了，沒有説，洗澡很不方便。開始有説可以升級一間，等了很久下午辦入住又説不能升級，建議不確定就不要説可以升級。

當時享受了攜程的會員升級權利，使用的是江景房。房間裏面的設施保養得挺好，客棧位置距離古城不遠，附近餐廳便利店等都很多，早餐也有足夠的份量。電視機也能直接投屏，看電影電視劇都很方便。

衞生環境一般、廁所有股惡臭、可能比較老了。古城裡很多民宿都沒有電梯、所以看中能幫忙搬行李才定的這家。結果四個人、兩件行李、房間在四樓、四樓！住進去自己搬一個、退房的時候、酒店幫忙搬一個下去又叫我們自己搬一個下去、挺無語的！ 預訂單確認有早餐有歡迎水果、早餐卻被靈魂拷問、要查看訂單。剛到的時候水果也是問了三遍才送上來一盤西瓜。也不知道是攜程的問題還是民宿的問題。就挺疙瘩的。還有訂單裏明明有送下午茶的還有圖片的、問就是回答你：現在是旺季,套餐已經取消了。 “就是我能訂到已經取消的套餐、是我的問題。”呵呵了。

Die Lage ist sehr gut da das hotel am Anfang der Flaniermeile ist und dadurch sehr ruhig ist. Zimmer sauber und praktisch. Frühstück leider nur chinesisch. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

性價比超高。房間現代化舒適，設施齊全。露台可俯瞰河景。 員工非常友善熱情。 強烈推薦給大家。

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great—slightly away from the main tourist areas, so it’s peaceful and less crowded, yet still very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food and essentials. The hotel faces the river, offering a nice view, and you don’t have to drag your luggage over any rocky paths—the car can drive right up to the entrance, which is a big plus. We stayed in the rooftop room on the 4th floor. While there’s no elevator, the staff were very helpful and carried our luggage up during check-in and back down when we checked out. The owner and staff were all friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

這家酒店非常漂亮，無論是外觀設計還是房間內部都令人讚嘆。飯店沒有電梯，但工作人員會幫我們搬運行李上下樓。房間乾淨舒適。我們預訂了一間四人房和一間雙人房。酒店走廊可以欣賞河景和橋樑。飯店距離舊城區約1.5公里，但非常安靜祥和。 我們聯絡飯店安排了火車站接站服務。飯店工作人員小龍管家從我們抵達飯店到離開，都對我們照顧有加。如果再來鳳凰，我們一定會再次入住這家酒店。

位置離核心地段稍微有些距離，但是比較安靜。環境也不錯。

My first great imprerssion was the offer of 鳳凰高鐵站至酒店單程接站服務 by the 鳳凰素履蓮花·璞樹漫居江景度假民宿, the driver greeted us right off the train station exit. When we arrived, we immediately fell in love of the place. the decoration was out of the world. from the street entrance, hall way and the upgraded room by the river, everything shows the extensive effort of creating a lasting memory of this wondeful historic town, through this special place called 鳳凰素履蓮花·璞樹漫居江景度假民宿. At thr balcony, we got to see the illumintaed bridge and listening to the river flowing by, and the nicely organized privacy setting is a plus. We can easily reach the town by a short walk and enjoy the food, the town and more. The next morning Chinese breakfast is at the next building and they are simply yet delicious. We would definitely stay here on future visit and would welcome you to do so.

洒店服務好到家。前台工作人員👨💼有禮。遇到有什麼問題都尽快安排處理。因為小朋友唔舒服要去睇急症。前台工作人員担心我們去錯醫院。親自陪我哋到洒店門口打車🚗同吩咐司機正確的位置睇住我哋離開先離開。仲時刻關注我們是否回到洒店。真的好贴心。😁早餐也好美味同好人性化因為我比較晚起床。但餐飲部依然整俾我哋享用。真心謝謝🙏。下次一定會再次入住。

酒店環境優雅舒適宜人，很有品位！緊鄰江邊，夜景很美，服務很好，早歺搭配豐富多樣，還免費接站，提供雨傘，老闆主動幫助提客人行李，點贊！👍

Nos recogieron gratis en la estación de tren. Teníamos una habitación doble con ventana y daba a la calle principal.Pasan muchísimos coches y hay mucho jaleo y ruido.Cuando llegamos a la habitación todo el baño y la ducha olía a pis y solicitamos un cambio de habitación pero no bos la cambiaron. La habitación es amplia pero como punto negativo el ruido y el olor.
