Staybridge Suites Federal Way - Seattle South

We were there for state hs wrestling. We had a queen suite with a kitchen. It lists it has a queen size sofa bed, for planning purposes you should know it's more the size of a full. We had a tv in the living room and separate bedroom. Upon arrival both TV's did not work. Not an issue for me but definitely an issue for my kids. The next day Maintenance was able to get the living room one working but not the bedroom one. Kids enjoyed the pool but you should know it is small. Staff accommodated all the wrestlers by opening breakfast up sooner and keeping healthy fruits readily available

I stayed there 6 different days and they put a 300.00 hold on my card. 50 per day I still have not received my funds. I call and spoke with the Manager he told me tht he was sending me a receipt and Never did. They put holds on your card but do not like to give you your money back

Amazing as always. Professional courtesy staff. Would always reccomend to all my friends. I will return soon enough.

Theft I found out that there was a HUGE theft issue there. Property should have been gated and only one entrance exit

The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool was warm the kids loved it.

The maintenance for TV reception was poor and elevator was non operable most of my stay!
