Lots of custom wood work, memory foam beds, central ac, and tons of parking. Convenient Easy drive to all the recreational activities. The hot tub was great after a long day of white water rafting. The property manager was very friendly and super accommodating.

Wonderful Place to Stay between outtings. Simple place to stay. We spent most of our time outside exploring, so this is a great affordable place for us to come back to at night. It is a smallish space, so make sure you are close with everyone who is going.Bobby was wonderful as well.

Jefferis party Thank you Bobby for your hospitality!The place was great!Just what we needed with plenty of beds for everyone on the trip,clean and neat and close to West Virginia Adventures where we went rafting.Your place provided us with everything we needed!Thank you.We will be sure to rent from you again when we return for another rafting trip!
