The employees at this location made all the difference, they were outstanding and whenever we had a problem they went out of the way to help out. The breakfast was okay, standard hotel breakfast and filling. The bed was comfortable except for the pillows, they were a little hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.. but the bed itself was good. Room was basic, no bells and whistles but accommodating. I booked a King Suite but it seemed like a basic King room... but we were okay with it. Location is excellent if you are going to the Trilith Studios, which is just minutes away, basically right down the street. Food and shopping in downtown Fayetteville about 5-10 minutes away depending on traffic. Overall, with the excellent service and location, we will be back to this Holiday Inn Express & Suites location :)

My room was near the stairwell and exit door. People running in and out of the door all night and I couldn't sleep

A safe area located beside Piedmont Fayette hospital. A great hot breakfast and the beds were very comfortable. This was my 2nd time staying here and will not be my last

Stay was overall not too bad. Some of the pillows smelled sweaty or musty like but I brought my own blankets anyway. Food was ok. Coffee was good. Walls are not well insulated

It was quiet and clean. We got to check- in a little early. It was two doors away from a hospital. The front desk staff was friendly.

We had a great stay here. We had a suite and it was spacious for 4. The room was well equipped and clean!!! The hotel was quiet. The indoor pool was not “heated” (it was cool water but not cold). Kids swam in it no problem but it was too cold for us adults. The breakfast was good. The pancake machine was down and that was disappointing to my pancake/waffle lover. They had a good variety of other things to choose from. We would stay here again!

The hotel was so clean and updated. They had a delicious selection for breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Very nice hotel. Clean, easy To get too, staff was friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Bathroom was very nice. Really liked the stand up shower with the glass doors.

Nice walk in shower, room was super clean, loved that wash, shampoo etc was in full size containers easy access. All staff were friendly and helpful we have stayed here three times and never disappointed
