Our cozy, vintage cottage offers easy access to the wonders of Fayetteville! Walk or ride 0.8 miles down the road to enjoy Wilson Park or the Razorback Greenway - both offer easy access to NWA eateries, shops and more. A short 3-minute drive or 'Spin' scooter ride will take you to Dickson Street or the Downtown Square - Fayetteville's hub for food, drink, entertainment and more. Head just 5 minutes up the road to explore the University of Arkansas campus. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home.
