Luxury Home with Custom Kitchen and Fire Pit - Spacious Tranquil Retreat

The Douglas is a luxury home located just few blocks from Dickson St and the University of Arkansas. Open concept kitchen a living room. Brand new everything, including a custom kitchen and showers. Three bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. Lots of room and a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Extra large master bedroom with a King bed. Back yard with a patio and fire pit. Close to walking trails. Fully stocked custom kitchen with a large island. Walking distance local restaurants. - No smoking - NO Pets allowed at all - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Must be at least 23 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place. - CHECK IN- Check in starts at 4 pm. We offer self-check in. You will receive a door code the day of check in. - NOISE LEVELS - Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. - NO PARTIES AND NO DRUGS This goes without saying for most guests, but we have to mention it. You agree that no parties or events, no illegal activity, no carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, or inappropriate anti-social behavior will take place during your stay. If guests are found to have had a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, or if guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs onsite, the authorities will be notified, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY - PARKING: Absolutely no parking in the yard. No large commercial vehicles. - EXTRA GUESTS- The Home you are booking is for 6 persons. Extra guests are welcome for $25 per night. - CLEANLINESS - The house will be very clean on your arrival, you agree to leave it neat and free of trash on your departure; for if a greater cleaning service is required, then guest agrees to pay any extra cleaning fees we are charged. No mud or chemicals inside the house or in sinks, shower & washing machine. - PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. No more than two pets allowed.. - NO SMOKING -There shall be no smoking or vaping inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. ***Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified.***
