Great spot for a getaway in Fayetteville, AR. This home is in a safe, quiet and conveniently located neighborhood and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements. This midtown location makes exploring Fayetteville easy even on bike and on foot. The backyard chickens and playset provides plenty of entertainment for young ones. We're less than 2 miles from downtown entertainment and art district, and University of Arkansas. Reasonable commute to Bentonville, Rogers (~20-30 min) and Springdale (~10-15 min). Don't hesitate to inquire if booking requirements and timeline don't meet your needs. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).Pick up waste. Prevent chicken stalking..About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Amazing
The location was close to everything. The house was immaculate. They have chickens in the back and we’re kind enough to leave us some eggs. The house was welcoming and very clean. The owners were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house!!
