The place was nice for a long baseball tournament. Better than multiple nights in a hotel. Having the garage is an added bonus.

Great place and close to campus We were in town for graduation. The apartment was close to campus and very nice. There is a nice amount of room on the first floor and it comes with garage parking. We had a few issues but JoAnn was great to work with to get those resolved.

Comfortable and Relaxing We stayed here for new student orientation. We loved exploring Fayetteville and the campus, and it was wonderful to come "home" to a lovely and comfortable place. We slept soundly every night and enjoyed our time here thoroughly. Will definitely be back!

Great stay in Fayetteville! The property is super nice and cozy. A lot of thoughtful touches. Comfy beds and good towels! There are several sets of stairs (the bedrooms are on the third floor) so make sure to consider that when deciding if this is a good place for everyone in your party. Would stay there again for sure!

Dad's Weekend on the Hill Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and accomodations were very comfortable. Great location. No traffic issues coming from and going to campus - even on a game day!!
