作品一號奢華旅館(Opus One Luxury Guest House & Wine)

Great location and wonderful hosts at this boutique hotel. . We had a delayed arrival but they still put on a great cheese board and wine in arrival at 10pm. The breakfast was great with a wide choice of continental offerings . As our host specialised in wine we did a wine tasting which was excellent and good value for the quality of what we had . Room and facilities were good . We rarely return anywhere but we will go back to Opus one. The Wifi password was your home and that is exactly how they made us feel

Ein unglaublich besonderes Hotel. Liebevoll ausgestattet, tolle Bilder, beeindruckende Kunst! Super nette, persönliche Menschen! Leckeres, individuell zubereitetes frisches Essen. Auch das Frühstück toll für Auge und Magen! Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wieder Faro, wieder Opus One!!

這是一家很特別的飯店，裝潢得很漂亮。溫馨，小規模，很溫馨！令人失望的是房間的大小，濕度很高（可能是因為下雨了），房間裡有霉味，我想也是因為下雨的緣故。 加分點，位置很完美，工作人員非常好，早餐很好。

Un peu déçus par ce guest house qui n'a rien de luxueux! Très désordonné, décoration cheap, piscine sale et mobilier usé. Odeur de moisi dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner correct. Et bonne situation, Personnel sympathique.Parking un peu compliqué.

First of all we have to say that we usually stay in hotels during our trips - however this time we tried out the Opus One in Faro because it looked really cozy and nice on the pictures...and we weren't disappointed ;-) The building and the decoration itself is very charming, the staff is super friendly and obliging and the breakfast is outstanding and delicious. Additionally, we tried out the wine and cheese pairing which was very informative and tasteful. We were also able to park our car near Opus One for free. We would definitely book again! ;-)

A wonderful place run by superb friendly and dedicated staff. Perfect place for wine lovers as there is an impressive wine cellar with local vintage wine. Unique design makes the guest feel special. Luxury in the hart of old town. Delicious local food served in a tiny restaurant. Definitely a place to recommend for couples and families.

We booked through last minute.com a few weeks back and had initially recieved an email asking if we'd like a taxi booked to pick us up from the airport. We responded with a yes, and shared our flight details. A week later I checked to see of the taxi had been booked but never recieved a response. On landing in Faro at just after midnight, I booked a Bolt taxi which took us to the guesthouse, only to find the hotel locked and no one answering the door or phone. I called 7 times but with no response from the guesthouse. The hostel next door was full so having contacted lastminute.com they advised us to find another hotel for the night. The following morning again, tried calling the guesthouse 3 times, and heard nothing. Lastminute.com called me to say they too had tried calling and heard nothing from the Opus One. Thankfully we've been staying in another hotel which is nice, but very disappointed with the way the guesthouse have acted, and thankful the trip was booked through last minute.com and not individually.

El trato del personal es impecable y a las instalaciones no les falta un detalle para que te sientas como en casa. Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy bonita. Muy cerca del puerto, zona comercial y restaurantes. La localización es ideal.
