My son had to have extensive dental surgery nearby the hotel in Farmington. It was January and the weather was very bad so we were able to stay 5 minutes away which was very helpful. The room was perfect and the breakfast was great. The staff were the nicest and most pleasant I have ever encountered. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My family and I stayed x 2 nights while we were visiting Lagoon. The first night went well with no issues. However, the second night we had someone in the next room playing annoyingly loud mariachi music late at night and we called down to the front office multiple times without any resolution. We got a terrible night's sleep before having to drive back home the next day. I would have expected to either have an offer for a room change or a partial refund of our stay which we received neither. Very disappointed.

The entire staff was super accommodating and kind. I forgot my alcohol wipes and I needed to take my injection and the front desk lady checked the first aid kit and was super helpful so that I didn’t have to miss my really important injection. We had several other situations where we crossed paths with employees or needed some thing, and everyone went above and beyond to get us anything we needed.

Tried to change a date that got mixed up in *******, and neither company would help me. This was suppose to be on JULY 24 not April 24 and everyone said they would not help me. I guess this is a one way valve for money flow and service that they did not give, they gave the room away to another customer and doubled the money that day. I will be going to the Hilton in the future... long time customer, it is sad.

Terrible customer service. We were given the room next to the morning pantry and the employees were loud as possible starting at precisely 5am. Front desk didn't give a damn. Couldn't sleep due to the insane and inexcusable banging and loud talking between employees. After complaining, hotel didn't care whatsoever. I used to prefer Hampton Inns but will not support them anymore. ********** on bathroom floor, toilet hardly flushed. But that would have been overlooked had the rest of the experience not been so horrible.

clean, spacious room and friendly staff. The parking area had good lighting. We had an early morning flight, and it was an easy drive to the airport.

Nice clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast is very good with lots of options to choose from. I always enjoy my stay at the Hampton Inn.

The front desk manager was AMAZINGLY accommodating and friendly. The breakfast staff were equally friendly and kind.
