Friendly and helpful staff. Large room for 1 person so plenty of space with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave. Shower pressure fine and water hot. Air con kept the room at a very comfortable temp as well Breakfast is just hot drinks /juice with either muffin or cinnamon rolls (which are tasty popped in the microwave for 10 seconds) which I was fine with. Bigger breakfast options can be found at the McDonald’s next door or grab something from the 7-11 as well. From the hotel to downtown Texas is a 20-25 min ride on DART. You can walk to framers Branch Station in 25 mins or take a taxi for $5. I enjoyed the walk and it’s a straight line so easily done. The only 3 downsides. 1 found some hair in the drawers (so housekeeping needs to double check this). The room I had was directly above the porch area, so not as much natural light and the porch light in the evening can be annoying unless you draw the curtain. The outside window also needs cleaning as well since it’s fogged up on one side. You can also open the windows as well which was nice. I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent affordable motel, the room and bathroom were cleaned . Management was great and the parking area is safe, i left some tables and coolers on the back of my truck and they were there next day. Breakfast is the usual muffins , coffee and buns. I had a great night sleep and the rooms are indoors and my room was surprisingly quiet. Anyway, if you are staying in the farmers branch area choose this motel, its very good one’s.
