Fantastic stay at Splash Landings Hotel. Have stayed before but this time for Fireworks. Hotel was busy but good vibes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size rooms with a comfy bed. Would highly recommend staying here for a night or a couple if you like theme park or you want to visit the water park

Probably my best time at Alton Towers yet. I've been coming since the early 90s and always seem to find something new when I'm walking between rides. Love the park, rides, hotel and staff were generally really friendly. The new theming around Nemesis is on point too. It's my third stay at Splash Landings and as ever it's been fantastic in every aspect, no complaints.

Wonderful stay here, Peter was fabulous on arrival. He took care of us, explained everything and times for breakfast, evening etc. Perfect start to our little break. Room was great, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was perfect, had everything we wanted. Already planning our next short stay here. Thank you x

Disappointed overall. The beachcomber room appeared tired and not the wow factor we hoped for. The beds were not very comfy. There were parts of the room that didn't seem clean (kettle coated in dust) . It was an expensive stay with a budget feel. The hotel drinks were so expensive and the fact the bar where the entertainment took place was closed for our stay and we had to trek up and downstairs to access the bar in the restraunt and queue for a while each time. We ended up going next door to the Alton Towers hotel. This seemed cleaner, better presented, and the staff were friendly and more attentive. The entertainment was also seemingly better. Breakfast was ok, and it worked for us to select what we liked from the buffet. We also used Splash landings water park (paid additionally for this) . This was fun and we enjoyed our couple of hours. Overall, we had fun as a family, but sadly, we wouldn't recommend the hotel stay based on our experience. I think the hotel needs an update and to bring more of a friendly feel to it.

What an amazing weekend. Went to Alton Towers Splash Landings Hotel as we knew the wheelchair access was amazing. On first impressions the hotel looked amazing. Even through our room wasn’t ready we were able to leave our luggage with them while myself and my partner went off to enjoy the theme parks. Once we were in the hotel room such an amazing view. Even through it wasn’t a wheelchair accessible room their was plenty of space to move the chair about. As we had been in the park all day we had booked into the hotel for food. Even through the food was great it was way over priced for what you get! Breakfast the next morning was standard buffet breakfast. One massive credit to all the catering staff is that they are all over making sure that you get all the information on what allergens are in the food on offer. Both myself and my partner wanted to send a special shout out to Peter who not only made sure that we had an amazing time but he made sure that we got back to our car ok with the luggage and wheelchair we had. Charlie was absolutely amazing on checkout gave the right information and everything to remember our stay. A true asset to Alton Towers nothing was to much trouble for Charlie her manners and knowledge of splash were impeccable will definitely stay again had a great time with our friends well done all at Alton Towers.

Peter who works at the front door greeting all guests into splash landings is probably the best guy I have met very nice and friendly was great with my little one every day he made the effort to talk to us gave us all the information we needed I would stay again just to have chat with him

We had a fantastic stay @ Splash Landings Hotel! The rooms were immaculate, the beds were very comfy & the staff throughout were incredible! Peter on reception really made our stay memorable, our 7yr old daughter is autistic & he made her feel very special! She cried several times when we had to leave as he made such a positive impact on her. We loved the water park especially & didn’t want to leave! Room for improvement: the food was extortionately priced & subpar quality (bordering inedible) which needs to be addressed urgently in our opinion. However, the restaurant & bar staff were so accommodating & lovely that they made it all worth it! We loved the hotel facilities & free golf, plus the evening entertainment was a big hit with the live singing, dancing & games. Overall, we had the best family trip we’ve had to date (& we didn’t even get chance to explore the entire park!). Happy 10th Birthday CBeebies!! And a big thank you to all the staff again (Peter deserves a raise!) Aria says hello & misses you very much! Hope to see you all again in the not too distant future!

Mattress in the splash landings hotel were so terrible, I slept better on the floor. Water park music was too loud and too repetitive. The water slides were great. The food was awful and over priced with no healthy options, you had to order a meal with chips and a fizzy drink. The costa was nice but really expensive. Overall, we had a terrible experience and would never return.
