Upon arrival I encountered the strong aroma of cooking and there were no staff to greet me, I had to ring the “doorbell” on the desk 3 times before someone came to check me in. When I was checking in I was asked if I wanted a room on the lower floor or upper- I chose upper so I could avoid the noise of footsteps above me… little did I know there was no elevator so I had to carry all of my luggage up a flight of stairs. After entering the room I used the bathroom- which did not have a working exhaust fan. A bit later my daughter spilled some water on the floor- the white washcloth turned black from wiping it up. Not to mention there were very few bathroom linens to choose from. To end the night we were going to use the pool- there were a couple of girls in the pool when we entered who warned us that they just found a broken glass in the pool and we’re trying to find help to clean it. My daughter was already disappointed in this experience but they still had a hot tub- the color of the water in the hot tub was completely yellowish/brownish so I had to tell her we were absolutely not going in there either. Had we not been completely exhausted already we would have left immediately, I had booked our stay for 2 nights but didn’t even stay the second night because it was so bad. We woke up, definitely didn’t even consider checking out the breakfast, and got the heck out of there. Since I booked on ******* I didn’t even bother trying to cancel the second night or get a refund- BAD
