Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and cosy interior. Excellent views over Fano. Easy to find just off the motorway and plenty of parking."

"Having read Nicola C’s review here, amazingly we had a very similar experience. The only positive thing I can think of to say is that the location of the hotel is “quite” good. I must mention the air conditioning in my room. It was well over 30C whilst we were there. Our room comprised two rooms, divided by a thick wall. The inadequate air conditioning unit was in the second room, not the one with the bed in it! Sleeping therefore wasn’t comfortable, mattresses were like rocks, the room had nowhere to put anything, the bathroom was uncomfortably small with a tiny shower cabinet. I could go on but you probably get the gist. As Nicola said, breakfast was a complete joke - but not a funny one. Serving lukewarm coffee and orange squash for breakfast in Italy should be a capital offence. Fano isn’t blessed with a huge number of 5* hotels but seriously, anywhere else must be better than this.
