Very very unhappy with the customer service. I made a booking yesterday SEP 26, and I paid a deposit. I didn't notice I made a mistake with the date, so instead of 5 night next week, I booked one night same say as booking day. Not sure how that happened but it did. So I called them next day early morning as soon as I noticed the mistake, and they asked me to email them. No reply for few hours and I called the again and again, and I asked a Thai friend to talk to them in Thai. All I was asking was to correct the wrong day and I wanted to refund 1600 baht that I paid as deposit and pay the rest of the fee for correct days. Unfortunately after few times calling them and talking to the manager, they refused to refund and their policy is the deposit is non- refundable. With respect to their policy, in some situations like this you need to have a better customer service as a 3.5-4 star hotel. If I wanted to book for SEP 26, I should have shown up n check in, which I obviously didn't, and they had my number and email, but they didn't contact me to see why I didn't check in??? You might not like it but it's nothing but a rip off and cheating. Very unhappy. Not recommended at all. SEP 27,2024.
