I stayed at the Grand Sapphire for 3 nights in a twin room. The room was comfortable, had an ensuite shower room and air conditioning. The hotel was spotlessly clean. There is an on site indoor pool/spa etc. It has no outdoor space, as far as I know. The only thing I would have changed was the food -- which was plentiful, buffet style Turkish -- but lacked a little in terms of quality.

I ordered a mixed breakfast and the service was fast and nice. Breakfast options were quite sufficient and delicious. The pan-fried egg was overcooked, but overall I liked the breakfast here. I definitely recommend you to visit this hotel and have a holiday…

Beautiful hotel, lovely design, thoughtful features and personal touches: Champagne arrival, lavender pillows, complimentary tasters. We stayed on bed & breakfast so can only comment on this however was lovely and manager George greeted us personally every morning and ensured we were looked after. Used the spa for treatments and left feeling relaxed and pampered. Only suggestions would be more choice of fruit at breakfast and a ramp at the front of the hotel for access with a suitcase.

We booked it at the last minute as the original hotel didn’t have a working pool. The staff were fantastic and every single one helpful. The room was on the 6th floor and very spacious. Everything was spotless. The view of the port in the distance from the balcony. The tv has Netflix. The minibar was reasonably priced but we didn’t need anything as bottled water is left for you daily. The beds were very comfortable. We had a big double and a single. The air con was powerful. Breakfast was extremely good. There is Turkish tea, Nescafé and juice to drink. There is an inside pool, sauna, gym. Again, very clean. Towels available for pool. In the room they had slippers and a dressing gown. Great value for money. It is the staff that make this place though
