Perfect cape vacation getaway This was the best house to escape to this summer. Close enough to the beach and town with access to a playground for our three year old. The house was clean and had the perfect amenities for staying cool, and allowed us to stay in and cook a meal vs eating out every night. The host was great and left a book about near by attractions and information that was easy to follow about the house. He was very responsive and had great communication skills around check in and check out. My family had the most relaxing time and this home helped make that possible.

Beautiful home in Falmouth! This home was clean, beautiful and in a centralized location to restaurants, shopping and activities. Communication with David was excellent. Recommend seeing Martha’s Vineyard and taking a whale watching cruise. Highly recommend this home which has everything you need and more!

Amazing stay in Falmouth!! Such a fabulous stay in Falmouth! The owner was so accommodating and the house was absolutely flawless. Can’t recommend enough for a family vacation!!! 5 out of 5!!!

Just OK Property was just OK, not as advertised. 3rd bedroom is in the basement, which smelled strongly of mold so we couldn't use it. Toilet wouldn't flush so we had to take the top off and manually do it. There were ants all over the kitchen. Dishwasher was full of clean dishes. Living room air conditioning unit worked well, but bedrooms gets very warm at night. It's disappointing the owner can't make the investment in linens at $4000 a week, we had to spend $300 on arrival so we could sleep there. We left them hoping the next guest might benefit from them. Beach was a 1.5 mile walk and tiny. Not as advertised at all. We left a day early as we were very disappointed.
