THE SPACE This booking is for 1 ensuite bedroom and bathroom on the upper level of a residential home. The potential exists for other guests to book private rooms in the house and you will share the kitchen, living room, common area TV, dining room, garage , outdoor patio, laundry room and all amenities in the house with others. Outside shared amenities include a trampoline, basketball goal, and a lovely patio overlooking the large backyard where there’s plenty of room for kids and pets to play! Situated in the coveted Cambridge Subdivision guests also have water access to the lake, a park, walking trails, a playground, basketball court, and a gazebo. For entertainment and shopping, you're in luck – Ruoff Music Center and Hamilton Town Center Mall are both a short 4-mile drive away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a $39 fee PER PET. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. We have exterior cameras (there are NO cameras inside the home). The nightly rate covers the first person. Each additional person is just $50 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 6 and over (kids 5 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking is allowed. There is a $50 fee per car for more than 1 car at the property. Want to bring a dog? No problem, it's just $50 per dog per stay. No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $4,000 fee for smoke odor removal. Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house. No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests and dogs (max weight for dogs is 30 lbs.) must be included in your guest count in your reservation. No cats or any other pets allowed. Other general rules: 1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways. 2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm. 4. No outside amplified music, bands, DJ's or anything similar is allowed. 5. Cars should be parked in the garage, on the driveway or directly in front of the house. 6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood. 8. Please lock all doors and windows 9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises. 11.. 12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for. 13. Return furniture to its original location. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee. 14. Please do not flush wipes or feminine products. Doing so can cause serious plumbing issues and will result in a $2,000 fine. 15.
