Tent City Ayodhya Brahma Kund

Great Location. Non-spicy Veg. Food; but Risk of Rodents, Dengue and Monkeys The Location is hardly 5-10 minutes from Ram Mandir and makes the Tent city a sought after property. The surroundings are pollution free. They have battery operated Golf carts which only drop you to the Temple. You’ll have to fetch a e-rickshaw for returning back to the tent city. The Extra bed was charged @Rs.2,500/- per night without breakfast which is on the higher side. Mattress on the Extra bed was dirty and when I asked the housekeeping to change, they said all mattresses are the same. Food rates in the Menu are on the higher side, but the portions served are generous; so they are justified. In the night, there was a rat in the room, so we had to sleep with the lights on. The housekeeping guy was of no help to ward off the rat and he only smiled at the issue! There was an army of mosquitoes in the tent to worry about. The mosquito repellent installed is of no help/use. Monkeys keep jumping from one tent to another; but there are guards with lathis to shoo them away. There are swings for children; but need upkeep and maintenance. The cultural programme Organized in the evening was amateur; but okay. The management should hire more professional artists for the cultural show. Except for the rat, mosquitoes and monkeys, a pleasant stay! More Date of stay: June 2025

Although the entire experience at this tent city was good, I have a special word for the exemplary services of Mr. Girjesh Singh ( Manager) & Mr Durgesh( Reception), Mr Shubham Mishra and Mr Shantosh (manager) at the he Dining hall. They were very kind and courteous, and their services greatly enhanced the experience of ours at this hotel. The food was simply amazing.

Very nice place..good environment..This Praveg tent city near saryu..is so good ..the behaviour of staff was very humble and joyful...the rooms were very clean all the stuffs were provided on time...the sitting place during evening was just awesome..this place is very near to Ramji mandir..also they provide E- rikshaw ..for the rammandir... although the place is just awesome

Clean rooms, good food & service & lovely tents. Very helpful staff in the dining area- Prakash, Dharmendra & Vivek were happy to accommodate any special requests we had for little kids & senior citizens. Only feedback I have is for the zipper on the tent doors to be serviced as they were not smooth and we have a difficult time opening & closing those. But the security staff around was helpful in opening & closing those for us.

Food – 8/10. Staff – 9/10. Ambience – 9/10. They even have good drop facilities for Ram janambhumi. So far, so good… Until the special guests arrived. Woke up to monkeys in my tent (they clearly skipped check-in), and at night, a rat dropped by to say hi. So yeah, if you enjoy unexpected wildlife roommates –

Good Place to stay in ayodhya, good location, good food and food staffs, A peaceful place in Ram Janmabhoomi, close to temple ..... This is ram janmbhumi so there is only a little monkey trouble here but we have to accept that because we will come to Ram Janmabhoomi and there will be no monkeys! And it is not just this hotel but the whole of Ayodhya that is plagued by these monkeys. Overall Good hotel and good food also, We will come again and hope to get even better things in the future than what we got now.
