必須如實的描述一下 1 房間空調壞的，開大風特冷且轟隆隆的巨響，開小風直接停止工作，一晚上沒辦法使用空調。 2 洗臉池下水壞了，水下不去 3 床太小，衹有0.8米，無法容身 4 定了兩個晚上付了兩天的錢，上面的這些問題打算退一晚，價格酒店前台説，不可以退，必須住，攜程跟商家多次商量未果，後來酒店報警，警察局讓我提過各種資料，各種為難。簡直是****。

房間還可以，設施完善。服務也挺好

早餐種類不算特別豐富，泳池，健身配套完善。酒店風格很好，外部環境也不錯。 整體推薦

Brilliant experience and lovely staff. I had a great time and would like to come back on my next visit. Very happy with trip.com and Serena hotel . Just wow especially for my special occasion.

Hotel is colonial style with very nice grounds. Feels safe with good security measures.

Comfortable stay - good location

It’s like stepping into a fairytale castle with the only difference being that the internet works perfectly. Otherwise, it's like traveling back in time. While the interior of the rooms is somewhat outdated, the calm and welcoming atmosphere more than compensates for it.

Ac was only set on fan, it was not cooling. Windows were not openable, you feel like suffocating. Hair dryer was old & not working. Room service charges were so high, with not good taste of food, staffs keeps the tips automatically by not returning the change of bill. For foreigners also alcohol is not served in rooms, guests coming from abroad will has to suffer with this issue as well.

Good experience overall. Staff was friendly professional & helpful. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but Serena was the best. services were top notch. Ambiance was cozy & was lovely. would love to stay again Serena Faisalabad is one of the prettiest hotels with warm & cozy infrastructure

Staff is not professional. I got multiple calls in the midnight around 01:30 am to 02:30 am. When I complained at the reception, they said they did that mistakenly and did not do a corrective action. Paying such a decent amount and getting a lethargic service was not expected from Serena hotel however, it is disappointing to see such service.

We all went out as a family 15 people. Food was a Buffett system. When we got home we all had food poisoning. Leave the food out too long with no hygiene facilities in place. Needs fresh food to give customers not to leave out all day. Never again. …!!!

It is welcoming, clean, serene and relaxing. Faisalabad Serena 's tranquility and amenities will make you come back again. In sweltering heat outside the room and lobby temperatures were that of a hill resort. Fantastic place!

very bad experience , pathetic services overall , no room service properly and not entertain even bell boy coming every time after 30,40 minuets.
