Every thing was brilliant and value for money, I am staying again at same hotel next month and booked my wedding function on Sunday 2nd July 2023!

Highly disappointed and unprofessional behavior of front desk.charged one night stay and asked to check out in 5 hours. before that multiple calls were made to front desk clearing situation of local residents stay and they told that don't worry you can check in, even they said to cancel online booking and rebook from them in with high rates. But at the day of check in they were behaving like never communicated before. Mr. Ghulam Ali of front desk was continuously lying and denying that he made any commi**ent it is highly requested to guests not to use this hotel if you don't want to spoil your day . only extreme disappoin**ent.

Visited Hotel One at Faisalabad yesterday. Had a great experience. Met Saad there at reception he accommodated me in their executive room. Food was great there and met Philemon there in restaurant. What a nice waiter he was. Communications skills was good. Recommended

Nice stay at hotel one FSD, loved the food and really appreciate the way they behave with comfy and clean rooms. I want to visit the city they arranged the car for me. Housekeeping and front office team is very helpful.

My Guest stayed there I booked for them, they loved the stay, front office staff was very helpful, Ms. Aneela’s behaviour was so kind, she was very helpful.. My money was not wasted, I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a comfortable stay.

We really enjoy the stay over there. this hotel is very accommodating they gives all facilities that hotels mostly gives and rate are not very expensive all over my trip is good. Also location is very peaceful.
