I regret to inform you that my second experience with Hotel One has once again been quite unsettling. To begin with, this evening when I returned to the hotel after a busy day, I discovered that the complimentary mineral water bottles that are supposed to be placed in the room were missing. After making three calls to the reception, I waited for nearly one hour for two water bottles. Still waiting and thinking shall I sleep without water or take a walk and get it from outside hypermarket in spite of this that I am staying in the hotel and it supposed to be provided as basic necessity in hospitality industry. I believe I may be the first guest in the history of hospitality who has had to personally collect the water bottles from reception instead of having it delivered to the room by the staff. Nevertheless, I appreciate the commitment to maintaining such high standards of hospitality, as because of this dedication, I ended up collecting the water bottles from the reception myself, instead of having them brought to my room by the staff. Very pathetic service....Terrible experience.
