Rude staff when checking in. Smell in room. Black mold in shower. Missing handle on shower door. Noisy construction (painting) in the room next to me at 10-11pm. Overall so disappointing.

Pick something else.
The place was far from clean. Stains all over most of the carpeted areas.
There was mold around the shower and instead of being actually cleaned, look like it was painted with pealing latex paint.
The 'free breakfast' was a joke. Here's what was offered... warm yogurt cups, one of which had mold in it, yellow round disks which i assume were eggs. Dried out biscuits. The gravy was okay. Didn't try the waffles but I never saw anyone eat more than a mouthful. The 'juice' machine, when it worked, was more water than anything.
The only thing positive I can say was the coffee was OK.

We had a suite and it was very spacious, but also very dated. The bed was very comfortable, when you could actually get to sleep due to noise above us and outside in the hall - so not very sound proof.
The couch had a hole in the upholstery and the tub looked like a two year old applied the caulking and porcelain repair. No hair dryer. My first time doing the online check in and I just realized I took away the front desk persons job - won't do it again. I spoke to a different person later about the hair dryer and they kind of blew me off. The to go breakfast was pretty good considering. - Would I stay here again probably not.

I stayed here after I left another local hotel due to their construction. I contacted the hotel and they were able to work with me and do an early check-in so I could leave the hotel I was currently staying in. Will definitely stay again!

Very enjoyable stay
The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. They did everything the could to make sure my stay was a good one. Our guest room was fine for our needs but is overdue for some physical improvements/renovations (clearly out of the control of the hard working staff).

Overnight in Dayton
Overnight stay with the family. Pool was clean but didn't have towels. Rooms was clean but freezing. We eventually got the wall unit to work. Breakfast was as expected but no one was around to make sure the coffee carafe was refilled or tables were clean.

From check in to check out, the staff was courteous and helpful. We showed up during a winter weather alert and Tyler dug out my car the following morning. Much appreciation for going the extra mile.

Very dirty hallway carpet and walls lobby was dirty the bedroom dirty. Headboard had spots could use polished. The bathroom had tooth paste on the tissue box mildew in tub and sink. Toilet seat needed tighten. The bedding was dirty all the way to the mattress. I went to Walmart cleaned everything. Knowing I was going to be only there to sleep after a wedding but if you’re looking for more than one or two nights go some place else.
