費爾班克斯凱隆套房飯店-近溫賴特堡(Clarion Hotel & Suites Fairbanks Near Ft Wainwright)

Hotel offers shuttle service but it is VERY limited. We called as our flight was coming in late to let them know. They sent a driver at the orginal time, who waited a little bit then left. When we arrived we called and no shuttle service even tho the hours said they did. We had to get a taxi (no easy here) and they did not reimburse for the taxi. Next day we asked about a shuttle to go downtown, nope no shuttle. We only got a shuttle on our last day to the airport as we arranged it and checked on it every day including the morning we were leaving. Prior to stay was sent a note about the shuttle and where they could take us (some at an extra charge which was ok) but in reality they barely have shuttle service and will not go anywhere but the airport. Hotel is dated but not horrible. Beds were comfortable. Hotel room very dry, causing a nose bleed. Extra charge for towels. Guess we should have just put the towels by the elevator like others did.

The staff was super friendly and helpful in every way. Everything was clean and well stocked, Plus you’re invited to a plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet in the morning. We’ll definitely be back!

This is not a fancy hotel. It is older and out of date, however our room was very clean and comfortable. Because of its age the room was much larger than a newer hotel room, which my kids really liked. The breakfasts are just ok. There was one day during our stay that no breakfast was served. This was frustrating since we chose a hotel over an Airbnb property so that breakfast would be included. They do not shovel the large deck during the winter at all which was disappointing since we would like to use it to view the northern lights from but couldn’t. Overall we had a pleasant stay but the hotel could use some upgrades and better maintenance.

Very noisy. Kids were yelling and screaming and running down the hallways. A couple above us apparently had a falling out and were fighting well into the night. They double booked our room and someone tried to bust into our room when we in bed sometime after 9PM. If you want sleep, dont stay here.

The Clarion is what you would expect – a comfortable, well-appointed room with normal features but no "character" additions. TV service is limited to a few channels. Tatiana, at the front desk, was especially helpful.
