法阿努伊Faanui附近住宿

Apart from the hotel not having us down for collection at the airport which was disappointing and a bit embarrassing the whole experience was superb! We had a garden room which was beautiful and it was lovely to have your own plunge pool. The staff and service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a good variety. The restaurants served good quality food and provided reasonable value for money. If you like wine then there is a good variety both by the bottle and by the glass! Would recommend - perfect getaway!

難忘的旅行！機場到酒店乘船15分鐘，需要提前通知酒店航班號與時間，酒店有船付費接送。賓館衹有7個沙灘別墅，其它全部是水上別墅，非常舒適。早餐豐富，有很多水果、果汁，味道不錯。賓館提供很多付費水上運動服務。服務好，工作人員非常熱情幫助解決問題，這裏風景如畫，勝是天堂，下次還會再去！

衛生間的開放式淋浴設計不起作用,阻止別人進入洗手池、衛生間、更衣室,一個人在用淋浴時,其他人不能用衛生間,洗手池沒人能用。沒有人可以進入更衣室/更安全。開放式淋浴造成嚴重的溼度問題,導致所有房間都有強烈的發黴氣味,並導致健康問題。整個設施,只有103房間經過翻新,所有其他房間都有強烈的發黴氣味,包括總統套房。由於溼度過大,所有房間的冷凝問題都很普遍。天花板上的彩色水滴到下面的物品上,如袋子和衣服。你不能坐在房間裏,因爲噁心的水會滴到你身上,在沙發或椅子上。女士們,請不要把你的好衣服丟在外面。它們會被破壞。目前通過消息應用程序無法訪問管家。爲他們建立WhatsApp工作帳戶將使客戶能夠輕鬆地從度假村的任何地方溝通他們的需求,因爲手機經常被損壞或無法訪問,例如在瀉湖區。我們的管家只在早餐時間出現,現在需要客戶使用度假村電話聯繫前台與管家溝通,然後管家會打電話給房間的客戶,誰會整天被卡在房間裏?以防管家記得回電,在度假村內引入一些技術是必要的。繼續使用物理鑰匙卡而不是腕帶進入房間是不方便的,特別是對於那些從事游泳或浮潛等活動的人來說。此外,高爾夫車在雨天沒有遮擋,導致員工和客戶在雨中騎車時都浸泡。我真誠地希望瑞吉博拉博拉能夠傾聽客戶和員工的反饋,改善上面提到的問題。

我和我的妻子最近在這裏住了5晚,我們對體驗簡直不能狂歡。我們住在一個帶游泳池的水上平房,是5星級,207房間,強烈推薦。服務無可挑剔,上到下。工作人員的每個人都知道我們的名字,把我們當作家人對待。到達酒店是如此特別。酒店非常壯觀,每個方向都有驚人的景色。食物令人難以置信;我們真的很喜歡主題之夜,但也喜歡金沙一噸。免費使用槳板,皮划艇,浮潛設備,很容易享受水;水面上和表面下。我們非常感謝工作人員和整個團隊爲我們創造瞭如此難忘的體驗。他們應該爲他們創造的服務,關懷和卓越的文化感到驕傲。做得好...我們會回來推薦這個物業其他人。

A budget hotel with clean comfortable rooms. The reception and dinning are have direct access to a small beach but the rooms are located across the road. The rooms are set in small Blickes of four rooms with 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Staff helpfulness is variable depending on whom you encounter. The thing really lets this hotel down is the food. So we signed up for the Polynesian dinner and show and the food was terrible and the show little better. We didn’t have any further dinners there and unfortunately the breakfasts are little better. No toast as toaster not working, cold coffee and pastries which were soft and cold, it’s surprising how they’ve managed to get things to so simple so terribly wrong. The only saving grace is the location as it’s only a 10 minute form The Lucky House Restaurant that serves delicious fresh food. In summary of you’re on a budget that fits this hotel price band then it’s worth a look but I think there may be some better options available.

這個酒店附近海域很好，據說是華人富二代開的酒店，但為啥又是希爾頓旗下。很奇怪。我覺得酒店中餐馬馬虎虎，但能吃到已經很不錯了。法餐可以試試。日料很一般

We stayed three nights here at the beginning of our vacation in Bora Bora. Great place to start. Snorkeling is good right outside, but you must rent one of their boats. It is just a short rise to the best snorkeling spots on the island. The spots where the tours take you, Had two nice connecting rooms with ocean view. Had some trouble with water running from the AC but they helped us solve it. The staff is very friendly and the restaurants are okay. Short walking distance to more options. Would recommend to start your Bora Bora stay here.
