5 star price for 3 start service. As a usually lovely resort hotel/spa this stay has become comedic in the inefficiency displayed. Despite several attempts to right the wrongs an ongoing debacle! The management staff have been nothing but unhelpful and frankly unethical. Have stayed here for several years and only been disappointing thus far on this stay. Unfortunately I've had to take to writing this review to hope that somehow management and isrotel themselves wake up to recognise what a debacle this has been. It was fun while it lasted but Isrotel you have been nothing but shambolic on this occasion.

Located inside a forest, offers many opportunities to relax and stroll around. Rooms are very nice the food was very high class. above all the service so good which adds a lot to have grat stay. The spa and Turkish hamam is a must. Overall amazing experience

Located in the middle of the Carmel forest, on top of the Carmel Mountains with a beautiful view down to the Mediterranean Sea , There are large spaces inside the hotel as well as outdoor. There are two beautiful swimming pools- one outside between the trees and the other inside's a warm pool . It has a superb Spa one of the best in the world. The food is very good. In short we recommend this hotel with all our hearts.

I recently planned to purchase a gift for my friends – a SPA day at your hotel. However, my experience with your customer service was so disappointing that I ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase. Furthermore, my friends and I are unlikely to visit your hotel in the future due to this experience. When I called to inquire about your SPA services, I was transferred between departments four times, and no one could provide clear answers to my questions. There was a noticeable lack of interest in presenting the hotel or its amenities. After spending 30 minutes being transferred back and forth between reception and the SPA department, I was finally advised to visit the website and figure it out myself. As someone who has traveled extensively and stayed in 4- and 5-star hotels, I must say that the level of service I experienced was far below expectations. It felt more like a 2-star service level. I strongly recommend that your hotel invests in staff training to ensure a higher standard of service, especially if you aim to maintain the reputation of a high-end establishment.
