Un seul mot, l’excellence !!!! Séjour inoubliable. Le lieu, l’accueil, le service, la qualité et la bienveillance du personnel… Tout était parfait. Les attentions portées pour l’anniversaire de mon fils n’ont fait que conforter l’idée que ce lieu est magique. Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu retenir tous les noms des employés. Un grand bravo même à ce qui travaillent dans l’ombre ( cuisine, entretien, service en chambre…) Au bord de la piscine, Julien, rayon de soleil et d’une gentillesse comme rarement j’ai vu. Aux petits soins, il arrivait à anticiper nos moindres désirs. Bien entendu, je n’oublie pas sa formidable équipe. Le restaurant « le ficus » Quelle générosité et créativité. Le sourire et l’accueil du personnel, encore une fois tout était parfait. Hâte de retourner dans cet havre de paix. Merci 🙏

Wir wollten ein Tophotel buchen und wurden unendlich enttäuscht. Der Service und die Hotelanlage sind zwar gut, aber die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Null Charme, Baumarkt Niveau, Minibalkon, Nebengebäude, und das für eine sog. Juniorsuite, für 3000 Euro… pro Nacht! Absolut unangemessen. Zimmer eher Niveau und Charme Novotel. Fairerweise war das Hotel kulant und hat uns ermöglicht, abzureisen.

Cap Estel dove ce un hotel exclusivo , ha ristorante dove ce bellissima vista su mare e la costa di Montecarlo , cucina molto raffinata con piatti a base di pesce ,servizio eccelente, molto attento e disponibile posto indimenticabile solo per ....

Service plus qu'excellent, le Palace est vraiment idéalement situé sur une falaise ! les concierges jusqu'au staff sont vraiment aux petits soins, le cadre est vraiment somptueux, le batiment est moderne et s'adapte vraiment avec l'architecture de la Riviera !

De retour, après ma visite de l’année dernière, avec ma fille, le lieu est toujours aussi magique, la clientèle de qualité et respectueuse, quelle vue, quelle piscine, la vue de la chambre que nous avions été superbe, le service est parfait, présent sans être inconvenant, juste ce qu’il faut pour se sentir au mieux. Vivement l’année prochaine, quel lieu à découvrir, mais chut, ne le criez pas trop fort 🙂

My husband and I visited Cap Estel for the second time, since we fell in love with it the first time. The pandemic delayed the second visit a couple of years, but now we managed to return! In addition, my brother and his wife joined again. Cap Estel is an amazing place in a beautiful setting. The staff is very friendly and professional, making us feel at home. They have the rare quality to be discreet yet attentive. We had a wonderful week! The very high quality of the breakfast, sitting outside with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean (don’t miss the fantastic fresh fruit!), makes it the best we experienced ever. As last time, we had dinner in the restaurant La Table de Patrick Raingeard and the menu was delicious. The pool area and the large garden are great places to linger. The ambience of the hotel is relaxing and makes you never want to leave. We definitely prefer to travel fewer times and stay at Cap Estel, than to travel more frequently and stay at a standard hotel. A special thank you to the General Manager Eric Paulus who made our stay into a royal experience. And a big thank you to the fantastic staff! It is Heaven on Earth and we hope to come back soon. In the meantime, we keep on reading the book about Cap Estel and its history.

One of my favourite places in the world - it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel which is so rare. It’s a peaceful space, with gardens and extensive ocean views to die for. The location has to be the best in the region. It’s quiet and a good distance from homes or busy roads. t’s hard not to notice the love and passion the family have for this beautiful place, nothing is out of place, yet it doesn’t at all feel stiff, sterile or hotel-y. You can just feel many happy memories have been made here and the owners are proud to share it.
