Number 28a is a small house. It has its own entrance with parking for a car in the front. The Living room and kitchen are on the ground floor with access from the kitchen to a private south facing sunny terrace. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the 1st floor, up a flight of stairs. The house is situated on Raleigh Road, it is a 10minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the town centre with its shops cafes restaurants and cinema. EXMOUTH is a great place for cycling with a route right along the coast up to Exeter. We have secure storage available for bikes if you want to bring your own bicycles. About pets:Pets allowed.One small dog allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:30 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Excellent. This little house is in a brilliant and quiet location in a really nice part of Exmouth. It’s full off character (and superb art) and the rear terrace area is lovely. Everywhere in the town is within easy reach of the house and it’s a very comfortable place to spend a few days. Can’t fault it!

28a Exmouth We had a lovely 2 night stay in this property. Spotlessly clean and lots of wonderful paintings and interesting items. Beautiful outdoor covered area to sit in surrounded by plants and flowers. We would definitely recommend

Thank you for sharing your lovely home Lisa. We had a wonderful stay last weekend. It was spotlessly clean and in a great quiet location but within easy walking distance of the town and seafront. It was bigger than we’d expected and the garden was beautiful. Thank you.

Relax & unwind Beautiful house, near to the shops but far enough away to not encounter many people! Brilliant garden area. Great facilities. Highly recommended.

Great property near town and beach Property was comfortable with lots of paintings and artwork. Nice outside space to sit and relax. Car parking space was one of the reasons we chose this property as parking on roads not that easy.

Everything you need The property is quite small but comfy, bright and clean. The decor is arty and attractive. The owners have put a lot of thought into making sure there is everything you need. The little covered patio at the nack gives a secluded restful place to relax.

LOVELY PLACE This was s delightful place to stay. It was well equipped and we were very comfortable there. We took great pleasure from the distinctly individual decor including the charming covered patio. The huge bed was very comfortable.
