The hotel environment is very quiet, beautiful and comfortable, clean and hygienic, and the staff are very warm and helpful. I sleep well, and the breakfast is delicious and nutritious. It is a good place to live for travel, and I will stay with my family if I have the chance in the future

I made a very short overnight visit - all very pleasant and convenient

The property was in a good location but very restricted parking. The accommodation was very tired looking with broken fixtures and fittings. The water pressure in the shower was poor. Breakfast was self service even making your own tea and poor choice of fruit, no pastries etc. Cooked breakfast was nice. Very expensive for what was provided in accomodation

Great little place for a stay in Exeter. Close to city centre. Very comfortable. Very clearly. Nice Breakfast. Shared toilet and separate shared bathroom very clean. Rooms at the front can be a bit noisy from the traffic and people walking up and down. But nothing major. Take ear plugs! I had the single room with basin in the room. Very handy.

A delightful hotel full of character. Everywhere was very clean especially the shared bathroom. Very comfortable and an excellent breakfast, with good choices.

Family room was perfect! Warm, clean, comfortable plenty of space including outdoor garden . A good breakfast. Very very helpful and accommodating staff.

Ideal stay for gig at the cavern in queen street. Parking permit for street parking, no problems. Check in quick, simple n really helpful with parking. Would highly recommend stay

I loved the classical style of the guest house. I stayed in the single room with shared bathroom. The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, with a good bed, and nice and quiet for sleep. The shared bathroom was a shower/bath and toilet, and a then a second toilet in another room. The bathrooms are shared by just two rooms, so I never had an issue or wait to use the facilities. Amazing breakfast to start the day. Can’t recommend a stay here enough.
