沃威克普羅維登斯機場希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick)

Lights in bathroom were blinding. No quiet area to sit in, constant bass music coming out of ceiling speakers all throughout lobby, dining area and halls. Pool area littered with used towels, hair elastics and clothes. At 6:30 a.m. no clean towels at pool but 2 giant piles of dirty towels. Employees polite. Our waiter at breakfast 2 mornings, Brian, was outstanding- very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious and attractively served but coffee was terrible- strong and bitter. Breakfast should be free.

Staff were amazing. Toilet was blocked on arrival. We arrived late found out when we tried to use it. Fixed straight away next morning but still inconvenient and had to use other restrooms until fixed. I guess they stopped offering cookies in reception during covid and didn’t bring them back.

I had awesome time during my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Providence/Warwick. The room service felt like salvation! I was well fed and very happy. The room was comfortable and the staff quite helpful.

Only cons were : very small pool, no free breakfast (around $20.00) some usb ports in room did not work. Room was comfortable and clean. Very close to airport, train and bus. All within walking distance. Anything else - shopping or restaurant need transportation. There is a restaurant connected to hotel - the food was very good.

This hotel was in immaculate condition, newly renovated, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is above average in every way, professional and extremely courteous. Just one negative, and it is a minor one… Terrible coffee —- both the room pods and also in the breakfast room. Tasted like mud. We still loved our stay however.

Didn’t hear a single airplane despite being almost next to the airport. We appreciated several things about the room, for example the almost instant hot water, lots of electrical plugs. there was no salt or pepper in the complimentary coffee packs, the air conditioning and thermostat made distracting noises going on and off, and the elevator bell and hallway voices were constant companions.

We enjoyed the pool with friends, the rooms were ok, a few things lift on the floor from the guests before (a pill and a coke bottle cap). Our view was to be desired... a nice brick wall....

Nice and clean hotel, however I paid extra for a king size bed. At check in I was informed that there were no more available without any form of compensation. Also charged a $5 “parking fee” which they removed after calling. Next time I would stay at Hyatt across the street.

The people were nice but we had to park farther than was comfortable in a dirt field. When asked about cameras or other safety features (because it was dark and a field) they said its ok cause its a safe area so no cameras. I felt uncomfortable and not fully safe walking to my car. We also ran into a large rat at the front door. There is no free breakfast, no bathtub, and the convience section with coffee had bottles of water for $2 each. The only ice machine was on another floor and we felt we had payed a lot of the name Hilton and expected better than we got.
