The bed was broken and the hotel smelled like smoke even though it’s non smoking. Checked in at midnight and the “wifi was down at the front computer” so they had to take my card and ID to their back office. Since I was checking in late and leaving early in the morning I didn’t want to talk to the people again.

Not ADA friendly No ada rooms. Not the cleanest and not many amenities. But what made me the most angry was watching the employee park in the handicap spot while i was about to park there with my wheelchair bound mother. I should have reported it so the employee got the $465 fine for parking in a handicap spot with no placard. Infuriating.

Booked on ******* and when I arrived a man that barely knew English said we couldn’t check in and the system was down. And gave us no other options! So basically just wasted our money called ******* couldn’t get ahold of anyone.

Weird smell Whole room smelled bad, seemed like the smell was coming from the sink and tub drains. Smell was bad the whole time. Bed very uncomfortable.

The room was overall fine and effort made to make it look nice. The lobby is questionable and the area doesn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t stay again. Front desk guy was very nice. No amenities close by.
