Was good to rest

I don't usually leave reviews but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They did not have any towels no lights in the bathroom and no service at front desk. Sign on front desk said use red phone to the left when you go over to use the phone to call the front desk to get in the phone does not work. The only way to get in touch with them is to call the main number in dial 0 several times until someone answers.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Check in wasn't a real lobby and they asked you to call to be let in the door. As I walked into my room, I noticed all the trash on the exterior stairwell and the big garbage bag next to my door. Got to my room and noticed the rusted out refrigerator and stove. Went into the bathroom and there were no towels or toiletries. Chairs were up at the table like my room was unused for months. TV wouldn't work because there was no remote. When I called and asked for towels and remote, they told me that I could come to the office and pick them up. I did that. Remote didn't work and had to get another. Office closed at 9pm so no help after that. My air conditioner was broken and I froze all night. Next morning, I called and they said they would send a maintenance guy and that I could come pick up a new remote. It didn't work either. No maintenance guy came. Next morning, I ran into the maintenance guy and he finally took care of my tv and air conditioner. It only took 3 days during my 5 night stay to get that to work. I asked for service and new towels multiple times and they never came. Fridge leaked water starting the third day and one of my two towels was used to soak that up. I got soap from a friend who was staying across the street. This place never followed through on any promises and trash was everywhere. I'm pretty sure that it is the worst run motel in the history of motels. It was a miserable experience.

Place is beyond dirty. There was sticky stuff caked into the floor. There was a smell that you could not get rid of. I was sure to wear socks the entire time. Could not get comfortable in the place due to the overall cleanliness. Accessing the front desk isn’t easy either. I had another stay booked here in August that I’ve already cancelled. Place needs a lot of work.

Our room was disturbingly dirty. The faucets had not been wiped clean. There was visible dirt and grime on the floor. My daughter accidentally spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a washcloth. The washcloth was nearly black from all of the dirt. There was no trashcan available. No soap. Only one towel and washcloth for two people. There was dirt on the bedsheets. The refrigerator was rusted in spots and the inside was dirty. Loud music was played outside until well after midnight. I have never had such a disappointing experience with a hotel. Had it not been so late when we checked in, I would have left for a different hotel.

The frist room they gave us the door was kick in and the ac didnt work and then the sec room they gave us had trash everywhere and no pillows or cover on the bed still had food in the room and smell like smoke

Los baños solo le lavan los inodoros , había pelos en el mesón del lavamanos , el piso muy sucio las condiciones de limpiezas eran terribles . Habían pelos en la cama

BEWARE: Office closes at 7pm. If you are not there they cancel your reservation. Had to look for somewhere else to stay. Place looked terrible and didn't smell any better.
