The photos are misleading, it seems nicer than what it is. The door could be opened with out a key card, even with the deadbolt locked (room 302).The toilet wobbled when you sat on it and that seemed to send the ants who were living in the bathroom into a frenzy. The sheets were clean smelling but we found hair in them when we pulled back the covers for the first time. The overall cleanliness of the room was not good. We had a king bed but what they don't tell you is the bed is split because its dual automated. Which seems nice but leaves a crack in the middle of the bed. I could go on but it would best if you just paid the extra money to stay some where else.

No hot water. The pictures on the site are definitely not the rooms. Very dirty. Bathroom was filthy shower had dirt stains. Bed had a big dip in the middle. It was schitz creek on a bad day. I wish i could get my money back. Actually went to store to buy a pair of slides just so i could use the shower. Very disappointed.

Nothing fancy. Affordable clean accommodations for ski weekend. Convenient location, goid view of bay. Motel style with exterior entry to rooms , be prepared to climb steps if you have 2nd floor room

The pictures posted on the website look nothing like the actual rooms. The towels felt like sand paper, room smelled musty, and the tub filled up with water when trying to take a shower and took an hour to drain.

Food area open 6a to 6 p. 6 crock pots with soups, chili, chowders during day, also scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. Ice cream freezer, chips, various other snacks, all included in the room rate. Employees very courteous.

The room was clean. The heat couldn’t be regulated, basically it was either on or off. The bathroom light being on a timer was a pain, turned off on my when I was in the shower. All in all it served the purpose but wasn’t great.

Not the newest/shiniest, but clean enough! The “breakfast” was amazing and was out until 6pm so you could stop at the lobby for lunch as well Plus Petoskey is such a beautiful area!

Floor of hotel was very dirty when we got there. Bathrooms are never outdated. One of our beds remotes didn’t work. Lamp wouldn’t turn on. Stains on the comforters.

We have been many times to this hotel. All as expected for an economy type accommodations. Just want to let them know when very cold with rain, melting snow, they need to brush water out of the little puddle areas. They can freeze overnight and someone could get hurt walking over an unexpected ice patch. Same for the slushy snow that surrounded many of the cars. It wasn't until day 3 and 4that some of the grounds got cleared.
