need an after hour room key collect box. Left a remark that will arrive too late when booked the room but still need to call the staff to collect the key. Friendly staff, facilities are sightly old, heating condition of the air conditioner is not good.

Nice affordable hotel. I was pleased with the hotel accommodation as it was generally clean.

Shower was unsafe, broken soap holder with sharp broken edges. No bath mat or grab rail and could cause a nasty accident. The back window curtains were in tatters and very dirty. A new air con had been installed but the old one was still in window. The hot water jug didn't fit under the tap and no milk in room and was not asked at reception if we needed any. On the plus side the bed sheets were clean and the bet comfortable. and so were the towels.

Damage evident to security screen and main wood door. New wood door also appeared to have sustained damage from attempted break-in since. Split across lock of same door and damage from attempt at jimming door open. Smoke detector missing. Curtain rail falling off wall and bent. Toilet ran all night. Toilet paper holder half fallen off wall. Remote for TV did not work.

Bed very hard only 1 soft pillow better not using it . Not all lights worked . Pub food was good for a pub . Cash only for drinks from the bar.

I thought the property's grounds would have been fixed after my mother had a bad fall 2 years ago , They promised compensation but never did anything to help ,and to my surprise the driveways and grounds are worse . Our room 1 was not really good Surfaces sticky to touch .beds compfy shower good

Bed was clean and air conditioner worked well staff were nice but room itself wasn’t the best. There was no toilet paper, an unsmoked cigarette on the bench, inside of kettle was black and cutlery were dirty. I’m from the NT and used to staying in basic accomodation in remote communities. This place had that feel about it! Good pub though and I think I just got unlucky with the room. It was quiet full and I was in a room right out the back. Still I would stay there again if I had too, staff were great. Can’t ask for too much out that way I guess! I had a good night sleep so that’s the most important thing.

Food was good staff were great and overall the sleeping area was clean but I’m not sure there is an excuse for mould on the bathroom walls.

In serious need of maintenance. Exposed powerpoint, doors falling off hinges and paint peeling all over blankets in the cupboard. On the plus side there were clean sheets and a comfy bed.
