灣岸套房飯店(BaySide Inn & Suites Eureka)

Everything was good but the heater was loud. Whenever it turned on, it woke me up. Room was clean and room was in good condition. The breakfast was sad with a barely edible microwave burrito, granola bar and water. They must have gone shopping at Costco. They shouldn’t advertise free breakfast.

It was ok Oceanview in much better

I was very unhappy and was misled by the list of amenities and pictures. In addition, I had dirty towels in my room and there was grime in several areas around the room. I would definitely not call this motel an "Inn" either. Having to look at the disgusting pool that I thought I was going to be swimming in literally made my stomach turn! The included "breakfast" was generic pop tarts, hostess mini muffins, and mealy apples. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here!

They over charge I got the room true ******* and they look mad probably because ******* take some percent I ask for how much I’m paying and they said is what you paid true ******* and next day they charge extra for no reason the guy said he give me a 2 beds room and actually insisted on it and I told him I just got a one bed room and they are ****** to they hear us speak Spanish and they had a really bad attitude also the room ac smells like rat pee

The room was affordable, clean, the bed was very comfortable and check in was great. The reason I am giving a lower score for comfort was because a very strong scented "deodorizer" was used. I tried airing out the room and ran the AC all night but the smell kept waking me up. I stayed only one night and upon unpacking at home the odor was still there.

Overly expensive (almost $300/night) for the conditions of the hotel. Very dirty and very dated motel. Crowded parking. Rooms was practically in a garage, very noisy. Tvs located in gym not functional. Breakfast included was grab and go with very minimum items. Poptarts removed from the original package, only coffee, tea and water. Staff was nice and for friendly.

The staff was absolutely the best part of my stay. They were very pleasant and courteous. This hotel shows it age and desperately needs updating. The toilet did not work. The beds are like boards. The shower was chipped, & had mildew in the grout.
