Very nice property and staff. There were a number of activities in a protected pool area which was very relaxing and nice. They provided limo service to and from restaurants which was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Location was near Old Town and water and was walkable. Highly recommend.

Suite but not Sweet The website gave this Best Western Plus a 9.0 rating. The hotel should not be a 9.0 maybe a 6.0 at best. The hotel felt very dated. I got a handicap room with two telephones in the bathroom. One phone by the toilet the other phone by the shower. The shower had a mounted very worn out wood shower chair. A shower curtain separated the toilet and shower. The room was very basic. The wallpaper was starting to peel. A lamp was plugged into an extension cord leaving it exposed to a tripping hazard. The separation between bathroom and bedroom was a pocket door with a weird funky metal handle on it which felt gross to touch. The room was booked as a suite but it was anything but sweet. The hotel grounds were nice. The pool and hot tub area was unique. The breakfast was average but nothing fancy.

The staff was really friendly, especially the afternoon staff. Someone had peed in the bed and the mattress smelled really bad. It was very gross. We will not be staying here ever again.

The staff here is amazing and very helpful. My reason to put cleanliness at three stars is that the Coffee Maker and Ice Bucket are in the Bathroom, with the coffee pod just exposed to the bathroom elements. I was not a big fan of this choice.

Perfect place to stay in Eureka The hotel was recently renovated and it was a pleasure to stay here as we wandered through the Redwoods. The staff was outstanding and the downtown area has wonderful restaurants to choose from.
