Went to the hotel because of the fair. Hotel was pretty expensive but on the newish side. I was pleased with my hotel choice.

Hotel was okay but we will choose to stay elsewhere next time. Parking was tight, staff was friendly but distracted by personal phone. Our keys didnt work 3 different times trying to get into our room. We would go to front desk and it felt like it was an inconvenience for them.

The fitness tools in the room don't appeal to me as the room reeked of sweat, similar to the scent in a fitness center the minute we set foot in the-suite. During the check in, the employee was remarkable. Yet, the employee in charge during the night shift wasn't too accommodating when we bought several treats, giving off the impression we were disturbing him while checking us out.

They even hotel is our typical hotel. We stay at when we visit Eugene. It is relatively new clean and centrally located and has good parking area. The only downside for this specific visit was the hot tub was closed for the entire time. The staff is typically nice, but there seems to be one guy at the front desk who isn’t always in the best mood.
We do love that this hotel is pet friendly.

Wonderful responsive staff. Very close to Autzen stadium which was visible from our room and a leisurely 7 minute walk away. Fantastic amenities too which included ping pong, fitness center, pool & spa. Comfy beds.

paid in advance, including pet fee. checked in a little early, showed credit card and drivers license and signed form. got keys and went up to room. did enjoy happy hour and signed for 1 round total.
then was called in room by Justin or Jason asking who I was, demanding i come down to front desk. explained i did full check in but interrupted time w my family to go down. treated as though I entered illegally and was asked to initial a form. He then made snarky remark about the person who checked us in. bartender standing there apologizing-VERY awkward and we will not be back

Hotel is great and new, very convenient location for football games or heading downtown. It’s surrounded by car dealerships so right next to the property isn’t amazing, but there are nice trails by the river a few blocks away. Wish breakfast was included in the price tag.

Was ok, but would not likely stay again. I was there during a very busy week and prices were outrageously high. I fee like I paid for a five star hotel, but got a three star experience. Rooms were ok, nothing special. The room was clean but floors needed to be moped. The staff were all very friendly.
