Everything about the stay was great - except for the $20/night parking charge. That is outrageous given the location. The hotel is located in a shopping area in Eugene, OR - what could possibly warrant this high a parking fee? The hotel itself is quite nice - very clean, quiet, convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was quite good, with lots of options.

We enjoy the shopping, dining safe area that we can walk around. We are from California and travel to Washington to visit our Daughter. This is a good place to stop and relax after a long day of travel. Your staff has great customer service. We enjoy the workout room but were disappointed the pool and jacuzzi were not available.

Skip this one We had multiple complications checking in, including being put into the wrong room type and then waiting in the hall for employee to switch keys. Every employee we came into contact with was rude. Breakfast was decent, our room was not super clean and the pull out couch had food crumbs all over it and the couch cushions had stains. We would not stay again.

The property sold my room, the best king suite they had, then gave me an inferior room at the same price. They refused to reimburse the difference because i booked on *******. I booked a special room for me and my partner 1 month before her Christmas party only. To have the hyatt raise the price then sell it to someone else. Absolutely disgusting behavior, like a car salesman. I will never come nack to hyatt oakplace eugene. What the point of making a reservation when they wont keep it???
