拉戈飯店俱樂部(Clube do Lago Hotel)

Die Umgebung war laut da direkt an Straßen gelegen und Fenster nicht gedämpft! Die küchenausstattung war sehr dürftig. Die Terrassentüren nicht einbruchsicher! Das Personal war sehr höflich und bemüht!! Der Fernseher war nicht nutzbar da nur Programme auf portugiesisch über Antenne empfangen wurden. Eine Übertragung vom Handy oder iPad war gesperrt!

Fiquei hospedado no hotel numa viagem de trabalho e ao sair do mesmo esqueci um estojo no quarto com meu aparelho dental. No mesmo dia que fiz check-out entrei em contato com o hotel para pedir que guardassem o item. O hotel me disse que apesar de não ter entrado nenhum hóspede no quarto, esse já havia sido limpo. Procuraram o estojo no quarto e não estava mais. Ou seja, jogaram fora quando limparam o quarto. Enrolaram na resposta durante mais de uma semana e no final disseram que não podiam assumir a responsabilidade (de ter jogado fora o meu item) e não me ofereceram nenhuma compensação. Se ficarem nesse hotel, recomendo terem muito cuidado com os seus itens pessoais. Não podem contar com o hotel de todo!

My wife and I highly recommend Clube do Lago. We recently stayed there for 17 nights during September - October 2023. The management and staff are truly fantastic. They are very friendly, efficient, and helpful. We stayed in 2 different suites during this period. Both were very clean and well maintained. The hotel is very quiet and it is conveniently located in a safe and upmarket area, close to the beaches and train station. The included buffet breakfast is exceptionally good and we highly recommend the in-house Sushi restaurant. There is also a variety of other restaurants and supermarkets in easy walking distance. The bottom line is that this well priced 4 star hotel beats many 5 star hotels in value, friendly service, and location. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Portugal.

Ótima localização, hotel muito bonito e agradável. O quarto era muito confortável e limpo. A equipe é simpática, amável e muito competente. O café da manhã era bem variado. Não usamos a piscina porque o tempo era curto, mas ela nos pareceu muito bem cuidada.

Lovely quiet spot, have stayed here many times and love it, pool area can be full from early so I don't bother waiting around for a spot and walk 10 mins to the beach which is beautiful and you can actually find a spot that's really quiet. Will be back again next year

Immaculately clean apartments, quiet, polite staff. Could benefit from a few more sunloungers, but guests were so polite and respectful not to leave towels out all day so there was a gd turnover of sunloungers. Tennis court nearby, cheap taxis to Cascais only €5. Alot of walking otherwise. Wouldn't bother going into Estoril, but Cascais is lovely. 15 min walk to beach. I would definately go back. Hotel will book an airport transfer for you. Nothing is too much trouble. A great stay.

This place is fine but more like a nice motel than a hotel — clean and nice staff and nice pool. But the rooms and bathrooms are not attractive and the beds are hard slabs. And breakfast was just adequate. This is a fine place to stay for a night if you need it but there is nothing special to recommend it.
