Sejour très agréable, chambre confortable, breakfast et autres repas copieux, grande piscine bien que peu profonde mais bien exposée. Juste un petit souci : personnel peu aimable et souriant, à l exception notable de quelques personnes.

Hotel bem localizado, perto do cassino com um bom café da manhã. Funcionários atenciosos. Um dos pontos negativos é o elevador, muito pequeno.

Fantastisk utsikt over havet. Morsom dekor med Bee Gees Hyggelig betjening. Muligheter til å ha rommet til 18:00 Topp beliggenhet.

Calme, près de la gare et de la mer

Good room but noisy outside and hot inside. Comfortable beds and good bathroom.

We stayed one night and enjoyed the local beach and restaurants. Hotel was perfectly situated. We found our room clean but it was a little dated but overall just fine. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delish at the buffet for dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the train station Estoril. It is easy to get there from Lisbon with the train. Breakfast and dinner are good and the staff is very friendly. Sometimes the communication was difficult because some employees hardly speak English, but they were always friendly and willing to help. The pool and the gym are nice, there is also a whirlpool and a Turkish bath that we didn’t use.

The property is dated, an 80s throwback. It needs complete updating and re-design for a 4-star hotel. There is a nightclub across the road pumping out music until late towards the weekend, a tired basement gym, limited sun loungers, no actual balconies (just bay windows) and basic restaurants / bar. It is clean, the rooms are a decent size and the beds comfortable but I expect this from simpler, cheaper establishments.

Staff extremely friendly. Good dining options. Underground parking onsite was great. Rooms a little dated but clean and functional
